Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and to?
All orders ship from our Philadelphia warehouse at 2287 Garrett Street. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our carriers include DHL, FedEx, and EMS depending on the shipping method you choose.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 day delivery via DHL or FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS

How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my light bulbs arrive broken?
We carefully package all bulbs in specially designed containers, but if any arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll happily replace them at no additional cost.
